Liquid Learn is a product of Fluid Business, based in Seattle, Washington. Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to info@fluidbiz.com.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, enquiry topic, message, and communication preference. When you submit the health check, we collect your contact and organization details, answers, calculated results, and report preferences.

Browser storage and optional site analytics

Essential browser storage is used for your privacy choice, anonymous session identifiers, campaign attribution for enquiries, and an in-progress assessment draft. Do not put personal information in campaign URLs. If you accept analytics, we also measure page use, section engagement, interactions, referrer and campaign information, device characteristics, and approximate location supplied by our hosting provider.

Requests may include a salted hash of the network address for security and measurement. Raw network addresses are not stored unless the site operator explicitly enables that setting.

How information is used

• Respond to enquiries and provide requested assessment reports.
• Calculate assessment results and recommendations.
• Understand site performance and improve product communication.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose operational problems.
• Contact you about the enquiry when you have requested follow-up.

Service providers

The site uses infrastructure providers to host the application, store submitted records, and deliver email when configured. Current integrations include Vercel, Supabase, and Microsoft 365. When email delivery is configured, enquiry details and requested assessment reports are sent through Microsoft Graph and Exchange Online using our Microsoft 365 mailbox. These providers process information only to deliver their respective services.

Advertising measurement and cookies

If you choose advertising measurement, this site uses Google Ads (Google) and Universal Event Tracking (Microsoft Advertising) to understand which ads lead to completed demo enquiries and health checks. The tags load only after this separate choice. Declining does not affect forms or reports.

These providers can receive the completion event, the public page address, ad click and cookie identifiers, browser/device information and network information such as your IP address. Google also receives a random submission reference to prevent duplicate counting. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, messages or assessment answers in advertising event payloads.

Advertising storage can include Google’s _gcl_* attribution cookies (commonly up to 90 days), Microsoft’s _uetsid (commonly one day), _uetvid (commonly 13 months) and _uetmsclkid (commonly 90 days). Provider cookies such as Microsoft’s MUID may also be used when advertising measurement is enabled. Browser settings and provider policies affect their lifetime. Essential choices and assessment drafts are kept in browser local storage until replaced or cleared; session storage ends with the browser session.

Google and Microsoft process measurement data under their own policies and may process it in the United States or other countries. See Google’s use of information from partner sites and Microsoft’s privacy statement. This implementation does not enable enhanced conversions, customer-list uploads, remarketing audiences, Microsoft Clarity or session recordings.

Your choices

Use “Privacy & cookie choices” in the footer to accept, decline or change site analytics and advertising measurement separately. Neither choice is selected by default. Withdrawing advertising permission clears accessible first-party advertising cookies and reloads the page to stop the tags. We do not backfill completions made without permission. Product-update emails are optional and separate from measurement. You can also clear local browser storage to remove the saved choice and assessment draft. To request access, correction, or deletion of submitted information, email us with enough detail to identify the relevant record.

Retention and protection

Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, operational record keeping, security, or applicable legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, and restricted server-side credentials to protect it.
